David Lithwick, is a recognized expert in market intelligence tactics, analysis and training. He has been a lecturer, written “Competitive Intelligence Manual for Marketing Practitioners” – the first CI guidebook for Canadian marketing professionals, and authored 45 articles. Prior to Market Alert, David worked in banking as a research analyst and in advertising managing the Pfizer and Wendy’s Restaurants accounts. David completed his undergraduate studies at The Wharton School of Business and Syracuse University. He earned an MBA in Marketing from McGill University in Montreal. David is a member of the Qualitative Research Consultants Association and a past member of MRIA, MRA and SCIP.
Nancy Shopsowitz has held management positions at The Bay, Holt Renfrew and Birks for 30 years. One of her main responsibilities was to deliver superior client service by developing a proactive team through ongoing staff training. This led to a consistent year over year increase in sales and profitability in her areas of responsibility. Nancy has a BA from University of Toronto.
Donna Day is an Independent Health Care Market Researcher. Prior to focusing her career on consulting in 2007, Donna held senior positions in market research and product marketing for several global pharmaceutical manufacturers. Originally educated as a Registered Nurse, and later with a Bachelor of Arts from York University in Toronto, Donna’s expertise was recognized in 2004 with her induction into the Canadian Health Care Hall of Fame.
Her fluency in French, Italian and Spanish is a key asset when we conduct research in international markets. Sylvia studied public relations at University of Montreal and earned an MBA in Human Resources.
