This post lists a number of COVID-19 safety protocols overlooked when we recently mystery shopped 16 credit unions. The oversights most frequently observed were:
(a) Failing to monitor the number of members entering a branch,
(b) Not having masks available to members, and
(c) Neglecting to wipe counters after each transaction
